Doula support that's centered around you
I know every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is different, which is why I offer a range of flexible services to meet you where you're at. Whether you’re after one-off support or ongoing care, each package can be customised to suit your individual needs.
Pregnancy and Birth Prep Support
For women who already have a great birth support team in place but want tailored education, mindset guidance and practical tools to feel informed, confident and ready for birth and postpartum.
Birth Support
Dedicated, in-person doula support throughout labour and birth. I offer practical help, emotional reassurance and advocacy support so you feel safe, heard and deeply supported throughout your experience.
Continuity of Care
Continuity of care means having consistent support throughout pregnancy, labour, and postpartum, with a focus on building a deep, trusting connection. You’ll receive emotional, practical, and informational support every step of the way, ensuring you feel validated, cared for, and empowered as you bring your baby into the world.
Birth Mapping Session
A 3-hour planning session (virtual or in-person) for you and your partner or support person to explore the various pathways birth can go, your options, personal values, and the process of informed decision-making. This session will help you feel well-informed, confident, and empowered in your decisions as you approach your birth.
1:1 Support Session
A 1-hour virtual 1:1 support session is a space for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered in your journey through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional support, or simply someone to talk things through with, this session is flexible and tailored to meet your needs.
“The whole experience with Ney has been 5 stars all around. From the initial meeting, to the journey, to birth date and also post pregnancy, she went above and beyond for my wife and I. ”

FAQs

A doula is a non-medical professional that provides emotional, physical, and advocacy support to women and their families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Doulas do not provide clinical care like midwives and obstetricians. Whilst each doula has a different approach, their role is to be in your corner offering resources, guidance, encouragement, and any other support you need. -
I am based in Clyde North, and travel up to 1hr for in person support. I also offer virtual support if you’re outside that radius.
If you’re unsure whether I cover your area, please get in touch and ask!

Yes, I understand that birth support is an investment and I want doula support to be accessible to as many as possible. I require a deposit upon booking, however am happy to offer flexible payment plans.

At the moment, I’m only offering postpartum support to clients I’ve supported through pregnancy and birth. This helps me offer the best care I can with the limited availability that I have. That said, I know some amazing postpartum doulas and would be more than happy to help connect you with the right person if you're not sure where to start.

Yes, absolutely! My role is to be in your corner, offering non-judgemental support whatever your birth preferences or plans. I care about your autonomy, and will always advocate for your decisions to be respected.

I believe that birth is a normal physiological process that only sometimes needs medical intervention. However, my approach to support is based on a deep respect for autonomy and informed decision making. I believe that no one knows what's best for you, except you. Therefore, I will always follow your lead and support you in the ways that meet your needs best.
