Ney was absolutely incredible from the very beginning. Her energy is infectious, and the way she explained everything was thorough, clear, and easy to understand. She consistently followed up by sending through helpful resources and information for any questions we had and was truly a godsend throughout the delivery.

Ney ensured everything was set up and packed away in the hospital and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Because of her, I felt confident in my decision-making, even when things didn’t go to plan (because they never do).

Let me start by saying that it’s hard to put into simple words the impact that Ney has had on our lives since we connected with her to assist us in the birth of our miracle baby.

My partner and I were/are true amateurs when it comes to the journey of Parenthood, and when she first suggested engaging the services of a Doula I was skeptical. I can honestly say that now I am a convert!

Without the amazing, knowledgeable and empathetic Ney by our side before, during and since our daughters birth we would have been absolutely lost and unable to give our baby girl the parents she deserved.

I had a 1:1 call with Ney leading up to the birth of my third child. She clarified things that had happened with my previous two children and helped me understand decisions that I had to make. This made me feel so empowered heading into my birth and due to this I had the most amazing birth experience.

We also chatted through pain relief options that I could explore and I hired a TENS machine through Ney. She let me know how to work it and I wish I had have discovered it for my other boys!

We welcomed our little last year (2024) and it was our first rodeo with the whole pregnancy journey. Both my wife and I work in healthcare but we were so lost with all the different decisions and choices. We didn't know what we didn't know and we needed help, support and guidance - that's when we found Ney. 

She is an amazing doula who not only listened but validated our concerns and anxieties about the  pregnancy experience. She provided us with evidence based management strategies and advice throughout. She was always responsive to our questions and we have never felt so reassured and supported. We felt ready and prepared to tackle the pregnancy and most importantly make informed decisions when it came to medical care when/if required.

The whole experience with Ney has been 5 stars all around. From the initial meeting, to the journey, to birth date and also post pregnancy, she went above and beyond for my wife and I. She was able to tailor the support package to our specific situation. My wife and I learnt invaluable skills and knowledge from her that I will never forget.
